This was a very poorly run hotel. Shuttle service was only available minimum hours…we had to hire Lyft to get there. Room was minimal and not the cleanest. Heck in girl was not at all friendly and breakfast was toast, bagels and coffee. Total waste of money!

Ideal flight stopover
Perfect for an overnight flight stopover. Seamless pick up and drop off and very comfortable stay for the family with friendly staff. Only supermarket or fast food options for meals.

There was cigarette holes on the blanket. Carpet had red stains on it smelled old and molded for the price i expected much better. They did offer a shuttle to and from the airport. That was nice

Booked this last minute for family members late at night who missed a flight connection. It was a nice clean safe place to stay. Not a lot of amenities near by as it is an industrial area.

The people wokring here were polite and super helpful to me while i struggled at the airport trying to figure out next steps from being delayed by a day with my son. It was the only property that was not rude to my husband who was helping me try an find an affordable room close to the airport. It was clean and safe.

Asked for first floor related to disability and given one queen bed for three people. The sofa was a setee and did not function as a bed. There were crumbs and other detritus under the seats. Big soiled spots on the rugs and sparse minimalist look. Everything soldered to the walls.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. Airport shuttle was included in the room price but there was no answer to four calls and an email to the hotel to arrange pickup. After waiting over an hour in the summer heat I took a taxi to the hotel, which was an additional expense, and it was after 7pm when I arrived. The hotel turned out to be very basic compared with the online photos, and the desk person then advised me that there was no power due to heavy storm activity during the previous week, which meant there was no lighting, no air conditioning, no hot water, no swipe key access to the room, and no breakfast, which was included in the room price. He also told me that the water was unsafe for drinking, but did not provide any bottled water. By this time it was too late to find another hotel so I accepted the room, bought some bottled water from the gas station next door, used my torch to see in the dark, and had a cold shower after a stiflingly hot night. I understand that the power failure was not the hotel’s fault but I was disappointed with the poor service, lack of communication, and having to pay full price as the booking was made through Expedia, not directly with the hotel. The desk person did provide a small tub of yoghurt and a banana for breakfast, and shuttle service back to the airport. Nevertheless I would certainly not stay there again, nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone else.
