The only thing we actually liked was going into the hot springs early Sunday morning, we had the whole place to ourselves, that was the highlight of our stay! Other than that the restrooms were disguising and looked like they had not been cleaned in 5 years !! The overall vibe of the place was not calm and peaceful, it was totally opposite of what we expected! The restaurant was below average and short staffed. The ice museum was a joke, it was so small and unimpressive! Don’t waste your money!! I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family .. there are much better places to stay!

This was a quaint resort with good food and a nice bar. We really enjoyed the hot springs and ice museum. Staff was friendly. Shuttle is expensive. We rented a vehicle for less.

We went for the hot spring. There are a few neat artifacts laying about the property. We stayed in the newer building and the room was great. The tv remote was not functional and I ended up unplugging the tv. The shower house floor was always covered in water (they could use some drainage mats by the lockers so your pant legs don’t get wet) and half the showers were taped off and the toilets didn’t all flush properly. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a good time especially enjoying the hot spring pool. Didn’t realize that the room had no A/C and unfortunately it was 80 degrees. They did supply fans though that made it manageable during the night. Other then the hot weather that they can’t control it was a good stay

Good resort hotel
Room was clean and comfortable. Most staff were very helpful. There are many activities that the hotel guests can participate. The stay included admission to the hot springs and the pool area. Overall , we enjoyed our stay.

The springs were awesome. Enjoyed my time in the water. The room / building is heated by the hot spring water and I was unable to sleep, windows open , fans going and it was still 90 in the room. Bathroom was hot to the touch
