When I first walked into comfort inn I’m usually greeted with a smile and courtesy! On October 1, I walked in there without any luggage or anything. The woman behind the counter was so rude! She retorted check in is not until 3:00 pm I replied I’m well aware of that. She had no sense of courtesy and very unprofessional attitude and behavior towards me. I came to find out her name is Samantha! Comfort inn at your location is one of the best if not the best now in Fairbanks but with someone like Samantha working the front desk, brings the attitude and courtesy way down for your fabulous hotel. I would like to say Jess checked me in later that day and she’s on top of everything both in courtesy, respect, caring attitude! She even went upstairs to see if my room was cleaned properly! Laurie Ginnis working on the top floor is one of the best housekeepers around I’ve seen her working in prudhoe where I work before. On the other hand I was suppose to meet someone in the lobby when Samantha ignorantly glared at me and used her authority a little bit overboard. Thanks comfort inn I love the place.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were awesome and helpful. The breakfast was typical …still good. Good restaurants across the street..close to everything ..I will say the room is a bit tight for two people with cool weather wear…I don’t know if this can be changed …but we made it work

Great hotel
The staff were really friendly and everything was ready when I got there. Very fast check in. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I actually slept for ten hours! That never happens. The wifi was great too. I will return to this location in the future.
