Wow. Not a good stay. We traveled for 10 hours and came to the hotel as soon as we landed. We had a lot of luggage and started to make ourselves at home in our room. After about an hour, the room was not cooling down so we called the front desk. Maintenance came up and determined the thermostat was broken so they offered us another room. Very inconvenient after just getting settled but we also didn’t want to sleep in a sauna. We packed everything up and headed to our new room. I went first and dropped the first load of stuff off. When I came back a second time, our key wouldn’t work and both of our phones were in the new room. I went to the front desk and got a different key. It didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk and requested maintenance to come up. They messed with it for 15 minutes and determined the key reader was broken. Meanwhile we are just sitting in the hall in our pajamas. They then went to get some tool and that didn’t work. They then went to get a new battery. They ended up having to give us their master key because it still barely worked after that. This was a 2 hour ordeal after we just traveled all day. The hotel itself and the staff were nice.

The person at the front desk Ladessa, was super! She was sweet, kind, and helpful. The nicest staff member we have met during our current road trip. She deserves a raise!! We also want to give a shout out to Tim, who helped us rearrange our plans due to a flight cancellation.

The hotel was actually good in many ways. The breakfast was good The cleanliness of the breakfast area etc was good. Hotel in some places just seem to need some repair. My room, room 204, needed some work. The bathroom shower corners had a little mold in them. The face of the air conditioner had fallen off. It really wasn't that big of a deal but it did show some tender love and care was not given at all times. We would stay again though, hopefully in a different room.

Best LaQuinta ever! Very close to airport but no airport noise noticed. Very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful including front desk and airport shuttle staff. Breakfast was top notch - (full hot breakfast) including a 24-hour espresso machine! We highly recommend staying here.

Great one night stay
Quick one night stay after a long trip to Fairbanks. Late check in went great. Room is pretty small but it was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was terrific. Bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc
