Wow. Not a good stay. We traveled for 10 hours and came to the hotel as soon as we landed. We had a lot of luggage and started to make ourselves at home in our room. After about an hour, the room was not cooling down so we called the front desk. Maintenance came up and determined the thermostat was broken so they offered us another room. Very inconvenient after just getting settled but we also didn’t want to sleep in a sauna. We packed everything up and headed to our new room. I went first and dropped the first load of stuff off. When I came back a second time, our key wouldn’t work and both of our phones were in the new room. I went to the front desk and got a different key. It didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk and requested maintenance to come up. They messed with it for 15 minutes and determined the key reader was broken. Meanwhile we are just sitting in the hall in our pajamas. They then went to get some tool and that didn’t work. They then went to get a new battery. They ended up having to give us their master key because it still barely worked after that. This was a 2 hour ordeal after we just traveled all day. The hotel itself and the staff were nice.
