But that's not all! Adjacent to the main house, you'll find a newly renovated detached guest house offering additional privacy and space for your enjoyment. Inside, you'll discover a comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of adventures. The electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, creating a soothing atmosphere for chilly evenings.

The guest house also features a convenient kitchenette. Sip on your morning coffee and step outside onto your private deck, where you can bask in the tranquil surroundings and take in the fresh air. Guests will have access to the entire property, except the garage.
Other things to note
The pool will not be heated during winter months. Please feel free to ask when the pool will be heated. The Spa can be used all year round.

Additional rules
Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. Kids are at play and the neighborhood has cameras on the street. They are very strict so please take your time and drive slowly.

No outside music past 10pm as it’s quite time.

No street parking! The neighborhood does not allow cars to park on the streets.

No kids should be in the pool without supervision.

No running or diving into the pool.

Do not use the pool after drinking alcohol.

No glass inside or near the pool.
