Not a safe place for a hotel stay
It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were staying on the ground floor. As we were getting settled in for the evening, there was rapid gunfire with responsive of repeat I’ve firing back. That was very scary to us. After awhile, we began to get settled in and fell asleep briefly. A couple checked in above us with a late arrival. They were walking/stomping so loud. It woke us up. Dragging furniture around. You could hear the water running above us, when they showered, used their bathroom sink and every flush. Again, very disruptive. Not sure if the rooms were insulated away from each other. However this carried on for a couple of hours. We needed a few concessions, and they were out of any caffeine free beverages for offer. Also upon arrival and for a few hours after, there were some very loud men speaking in the lobby. Managed to get a couple hours of sleep, on very uncomfortable mattresses before having to check out early to make our event. We were happy to know that they are a pet friendly establishment and utilized this option. Before checking out, we needed some coffee. We appreciated the options but the coffee was less than desirable. No Splenda or raw sugar was provided. Not sure if we would return if needing to obtain lodging services. Felt very unsafe.

The room was big and very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch that was comfortable next to the window just to kick back and relax, including footstools! The hot tub was great! Nice big comfy towels! The breakfast was really good too. Nice choices, eggs, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, milk, juice, yogurt. One little problem, the containers on the shower were empty. Very inconvenient when you're the only one there taking a shower and you have no essentials in the shower. The young man came up with two new bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which is nice, but after the fact. I hope that the housekeepers know to refill the containers in the shower, So it doesn't happen to the next person's renting that room...

Wonderful Family Hotel
Fantastic hotel! Super close and convenient to Six Flags, everything was beautiful and clean. Beds are very comfortable (pillows not that great) and wonderful shower. Check-in was easy, all the staff super friendly, and super cute lobby and breakfast area to hang out in. We will definitely stay here again!

Next time I will get a room on the 3rd floor. We am we’re on the 2nd and the people upstairs were just too loud way past midnight. It was got me and my kids to get good sleep. We can hear the kids running up and down the hallway and playing loudly! There were stomping and jumping noises coming from upstairs. It was hard for my family to sleep.

Stayed for a visit to SixFlags. The contactless check-in was super fast and easy. Staff were all wonderful and kind. Breakfast was good. Kids and I enjoyed the hot cocoa and hot tub after our park day! The bed was pretty hard, and the bathroom needed some repairs. Would recommend choosing a room on the parking lot side as the traffic was pretty audible on the street side. Great value!

Nice Family Stay
We checked in at about 11PM, and I was worried that the front desk would not be happy about that. But our reception was as cordial and polite as could be. We chose this hotel for its proximity (walking distance) to Discovery Kingdom, but it has many other good things to offer. The heated pool and hot tub were both nice to enjoy after a long day of walking. And the excellent breakfast buffet was a great way to fuel up with a variety of options before heading out to the park. "Debbie" was in charge of the buffet during our stay, and she was an absolute delight to chat with -- so friendly and helpful! The only real problem we experienced was a guest smoking marijuana in the room next to ours on the last night of our 4-night stay. The odor was pretty strong in our wing of the hotel, so I'm sure other guests were inconvenienced by this, as well. The front desk offered to move us to a different room, but I graciously declined. I don't really consider this to be a downfall of the hotel -- more of a problem with society, I guess. By the way, Discovery Kingdom was practically deserted for the 4 days we went there. Every time we go there, I'm always thinking it will be the last time before it closes forever. But if we ever do go to DK again, we will definitely be staying at this Hampton Inn.

Room was very nice and clean and room is larger than most hotel i stay. and breakfast is very nice almost full service. only bad part is room air condition heater run very noisy. and parking area have some homeless people parked they car in the lot.
