Friendly and efficient staff. My only complaint was we were a family of four and there were only three sets of towels and there was no bedding for the hideaway bed for the couch.

Disappointing Experience Due to Noise Disruption
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent stay. Despite the promising amenities and convenient location, the overall experience was marred by an incessant disruption of noise. One of the primary concerns was the evident lack of soundproofing within the premises. Throughout my stay, I found it challenging to enjoy a peaceful environment due to the constant transmission of sounds from neighboring rooms, hallways, and even the street outside. Conversations, footsteps, and external disturbances such as car horns infiltrated the tranquility of the room, detracting significantly from the intended comfort and relaxation. While I acknowledge that every establishment may encounter occasional disruptions, the consistent and intrusive nature of the noise suggests a fundamental oversight in the design or maintenance of the premises. As a guest seeking respite and tranquility, such shortcomings undermine the value proposition of the establishment. I would advise exploring alternative accommodations until measures are taken to address this crucial aspect of guest comfort.
