I always enjoy my stay's there and have no real complaints although I did see a roach or two this stay first time ever. I still have nothing bad to say. The rooms are clean and comfy.

There is a hole in the door so anyone can see in the room. I did not feel safe in the area. The carpet was very dirty.

I arrived at 10:09 pm , no one was in the front desk waited in the lobby for 1hour, I had to call expedia to get a hold of son to come , every number that I would call no one would answer.. I was so tired from my flight wanted to sleep . In all my years that I’ve been ata in hot never did I have to go th this.. berry disappointed

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfortable and fluffy. Room was spacious (compared to like rooms at other hotels). Mostly clean, but could use some additional TLC (wall and ceiling had visible marks/streaks of dirt).Breakfast was very sparse.

All up and down the street there were only fast food restaurants available. Very few sit-down restaurants. I also didn't like the reminders I saw about stating what you'll get charged for if you steal something, break something or damage in anyway. I understand why these notes are posted, but it sure makes for an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel never got my request for a handicap room, and were solc out when I arrived. The blamed Hotels.com for not forwarding the special request. I think it was the hotel's problem, but I should have followed up with a call.The staff was great. The found a plastic pool chair to put in the shower so I could sit. Not perfect, but it allowed me to not have to change hotels. The hotel has had some interior upgrades, but is due for more, especially in the bathroom. Chipped paint, dripping shower head, and door to the toilet that wouldn't close completely are examples.
