We were in and out overnight. Very close to the race track which we liked. Lots to eat close by and didn't have any issues. The vending machines take cash only so beware of that.
Staff and stay was not so excellent. Rooms had a bad smell, bad outlets that don’t work, and even the lil 25” tv didn’t work. Breakfast ended at 8:55a

Price was right but the place is a bit run down and feels unclean. But you get what you pay for, and it was ok in terms of a place to crash for the night while on the road
Would NOT recommend to anyone!! The attendant wouldn’t let me use the lobby restroom upon check in. The hallways smelled wet and musty. Once getting to the room, it smelled highly of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the walls, furniture and mattresses. A shelf was coming off of the wall, barely being held by one screw. The door lock was broken as well. There was still garbage in the bathroom. When I went down to inform the attendant we would be staying elsewhere, she made a call and kept me waiting. I politely interrupted the call and asked if there was more I needed to do. She said no and waved me off.
Staff is great. Rooms could use a little bit more cleaning and updating. Room key kept getting deactivated. But the staff friendliness and being helpful made this stay great.
I asked for a nonsmoking room, but my room smelled strongly of nicotine. (To their credit, when I told the staff they used an air cleaner and it did help.)
The staff are nice and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs which says a lot nowadays. The entire hotel is very clean, right down to the parking lot. There’s also so many dining options in the area that are pretty much in walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute hike

HORRIBLE TIME.
My husband and I were in town for a Cardinals game and decided to stay here. It was really busy at check in, which made it slow but that was NO big deal! However, they gave our king room reservation away to someone else. Even though we already paid for it and everything. We agreed to downgrade to a double queen room.
Well….
We finally checked in and set our things down in the room. I put valuables up in the room and we go back out to our car to get our drinks and whatever else. We come back up to seeing other peoples’ bags on our bed and our items moved by the door! My valuables were NOT where we left them(thankfully they were honest and put them in our bag). When I go down there all the clerk can say is they were supposed to go in room 217, not 227. The system messed up. Whatever. I told them to just put us in the room they were supposed to be in and we will move on. We didn’t put us in that room, he put us in 125. The room was covered in mold and smelled like mildew. He seemed like he didn’t believe us and finally said he would “upgrade” us to a king suite. At 2:30am we were finally given a room that was clean and not given away to someone else.
