#1 vrbo in NC
Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the start being able to drive up the mountain to the home and coming into a nice setup with some goodies already displayed! This property is breathtaking from the views, to the fire pit , to the inside decor and cleanliness. Mary and family have really done a good job with this property. It is quiet and secluded and the perfect distance from downtown or any nearby attraction or winery. I would highly recommend this vrbo and host to everyone.

Just Perfect!
A friend and I took our daughters on a short trip for their sprink break, and Mary's home turned it into a mini-retreat. Just as described...probably the cleanest vrbo we've stayed at. Stocked with everything we needed. Relaxing views and the hot tub was just right. Really enjoyed the private feel. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us. A mountain oasis
My friend and I decided to a retreat style spring break this year to rest and reset while reconnecting with each other in nature. Asheville was a halfway point for us to meet up and we found this gem of a stay for a very reasonable price. From pre check in to after check out, Mary was available for anything we needed. We enjoyed this stay so much. The home was clean, well stocked with all stay necessities including shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the showers, and beautifully manicured private areas like the fire pit and hot tub deck. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Le Grange Rouge and the red barn for a peaceful and wonderful stay.

This is an amazing home away from home. The house is sparkling clean, cozy, cookies and waters in the fridge. Mary was very easy to communicate with, she is a wonderful hostess.We were so impressed, would love to have stayed longer. We are planning on returning next year!

A True Gem

My Favorite Stay in Asheville
I have been to Asheville multiple times for an annual girls get away. This beautiful property is clean, quiet and super relaxing. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great and the location is private and peaceful. A morning coffee on the deck with mountain views followed by a drive into Asheville for fun activities makes for a perfect girl or couple get away. I cannot wait for next year.

Beautiful seclusion
The red barn had every amenity and was very comfortable. If you are looking for seclusion and privacy this is the place for you. It was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable with an ample variety of pillows. Mary left both cinnamon buns and cookie dough in the fridge for the guests. We enjoyed the hot tub on the private deck and really appreciated the washer and dryer It is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 30 minutes to Asheville airport. We had a great visit and would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a great stay! We enjoyed everything here and it met and exceeded all of our expectations. Mary was an exceptional host with attention paid to every detail of this place. My family and I enjoyed every detail of this beautiful vrbo. The host was easy to contact and there for any question I may have had. During the stay my husband commented several times about the shower set up in the master bath. He enjoyed the rain feeling shower head and the stick sprayer and now I guess we need to shop around. Every detail of the place was curated to where you had everything you may need but looked very uncluttered and comfortable. The smell of the place greeted you as soon as you arrived, with a fresh not overpowering citrus smell. We stayed in more than we planned to as we really liked the quality time we had up in the mountains. The deck overlooks the mountain range and you could if you chose to enjoy the hot tub while enjoying the views and the stars above. Everything was exactly as pictured. We didn't use the fire pit, maybe next time we will. My mother suffered from spring allergies and had trouble sleeping but found the bottle of spray that was made up in the guest room to help her breath easier and it made a world of difference. She was amazed at all of the tiny things the host had thought of for our comfort. We used the kitchen, and it was fully equipped with ready to bake cookies in the fridge for us to enjoy. I would not hesitate to rent his again and am already trying to figure out when I can take a sister or best friend trip back to the area.

Perfect Girls Retreat!
Me and my girlfriends had the perfect weekend getaway at this cozy retreat in the beautiful NC mountains! Finding an Uber was a bit challenging but we were able to schedule a cab to take us into the city for the evening. The property was clean and comfortable and we would definitely come back!
