20 minutes to the heart of downtown Asheville, this brand new and beautifully decorated ultra-luxurious home with plush beds, high-end stainless steel appliances, seasonal outdoor POOL, a brand new HOT TUB, MOVIE THEATER, and GAME ROOM with POOL TABLE, is fully stocked with everything you need for a fun and amazing getaway with friends or family. This house is perfect for large family reunions/vacations, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate retreats as well as for wedding accommodations. - Enjoy your morning coffee alongside a peaceful creek that runs down the side of the property or sit back and relax by the pool in a secluded serene privae yard.

This 5-bedroom home can accommodate 14 guests and has a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful and wide living spaces, a stunning dining area, and a grill to enjoy a family BBQ. There are tons of amazing hiking trails nearby including Pisgah National Forest. Only 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate! - Car Charger at the Property Installed! *Please ask about Pet FEE*

Excellent family vacation
We stayed here for a week with 8 adults. Bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and the theater room in the basement. The property manager was very responsive and checked regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is in a neighborhood but very private. Close to grocery stores and the fun of Asheville. Everyone agreed that we'd come back!

We had a great week at this house with family. The pool was perfect for entertaining the kids as well as the games in the basement. A short 20 minute drive to the Biltmore and plenty of parking. Property manager worked hard to get pool fixed for our trip but repair people left concrete pieces in pool that clouded the water and they forgot to chemicals in hot tub. Location was convenient to Asheville and private. House had plenty of space. One bed frame was broken, upstairs bathroom has a huge window in front of bathtub that looks out driveway.

Private house with lots of room for a crowd. I booked this house for just my husband and myself because we wanted a secluded location. The house would be wonderful for multiple families with plenty of beds and bathrooms! The hot tub was nice and I'm sure the pool is amazing during the summer months. We travelled to Ashville for a wedding and came a few days early to relax with family who were travelling from all parts of the country. The home was the right size for our entire family and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we raised. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Ashville!

Lovely house with problems
Our family of 8 (6 middle-aged adults and 2 octogenarians) stayed at the house for a week. On the plus side the house was bright and spacious in a lovely setting with beautiful grounds. However, the house had many problems - some of them very serious such as: a windowless "bedroom", a broken bed, a broken dining room bench unsafe to sit on, no screens on windows to open for fresh air, water in swimming pool 1.5 feet below normal, hot tub unusable for several days, indoor bedroom doors unable to close, pool table unusable, indoor peeling paint and cobwebs. There was a general sense of neglect and irresponsibility regarding the maintenance of the house. Additionally, several times during our stay service people showed up unannounced, often at inconvenient times.

Fantastic communication
The property owner provided by far the best communication I have had with a rental property. I never waited more than an hour for a response, even at odd times when a reasonable person wouldn't expect anyone to see the message until the next day. The location is fantastic, even though the property isn't all that isolated, when you're in the back yard you feel like you're in a forest clearing in the middle of nowhere. There's lots provided to do inside as well that make rainy days fun too. It's not mentioned on the description, but the three arcade cabinets in the basement have 20 or 30 games each on them. One thing to note, there's little or no cell data signal at the house and the wifi provided isn't the fastest, testing at 10mbps down/.6mbps up. It's enough to stream but if you want to completely avoid buffering and resolution downscaling, I would recommend downloading what you want to watch the next day overnight and Casting to the TVs rather than streaming direct from. The TVs.

Great family retreat
I wanted a place near Asheville where my family could enjoy some time together for Christmas while still close enough to enjoy what Asheville has to offer. This place offered exactly that. Plenty of space and bedrooms to allow us to hole up for some cold days and close enough to run into town when we wanted. Spacious kitchen and comfortable den. The movie theater was definitely a hit. The bathrooms were clean and and all of the beds were comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

This home is beautiful! It is updated and clean, perfect for a large family or group of friends. It is only a short drive to Asheville, close to beautiful hiking and waterfalls, and the in-home amenities (game room, home theater, fire pit and hot tub) made the nights we stayed home as fun as the nights we went out. Plus, it's pet friendly! The property manager was immediately responsive and helpful when we had questions about the electronic lock and operating the gas fireplace in the living room. I would (and have!) recommended this to friends. I would absolutely stay again. 10/10!

All the amenities!!!!
My friends and I wanted to get away for a “Girls Trip”. Seven of us wanted enough bathrooms, and bedrooms with room to roam. We also wanted to have a hot tub, pool, and fire pit. When we arrived to the house, we were surprised to find it completely stocked with coffee, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. The movie theatre and arcade in the basement was spectacular. Adir was so easy to get a hold of whenever we had a question and answered promptly. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
