There are at least 4 good reasons why you will fall in love with Casa Piccolin.
The location in the center of Falcade, the amazing view on the park and the surrounding Dolomites, the free Wi-Fi network, the wooden furniture and the typical mountain atmosphere.

THE SPACES:
The apartment has an independent entrance and is located on the raised ground floor of a newly renovated building which has only three apartments. It's composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, cooking corner and dining area created in what was once the "larin" area, the typical fireplace of ancient mountain residences around which the family used to gather. There are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

You can then take advantage of the free Wi-Fi network and, at the end of the day, post and share photos of the trip to the mountains or the memorable ski outing with friends.

Do not forget the large and convenient outdoor parking space and the ski and boots storage on the left side of the building, just under the barn loft.

THE POSITION:
To reach the wide "Piana di Falcade" (the park) you just have to cross the road and walk about fifty meters .. You will end up walking in a relaxing park where your children can run and play quietly, far away from busy roads and dangers.
Here you will also find the playground, the inflatable play area, the bowling green, the bike path that runs along the river and through the forest, and much more.
Especially loved is the bar/restaurant called "L'Aivaz" which is also located in the Park of Falcade, where you can taste typical Dolomites dishes on the shores of a small lake that gives peace and tranquility or have a good drink with friends or family .. What a beauty!

In winter you can experience the thrill of a walk with snowshoes, cross-country skiing, skating, alpine skiing in the San Pellegrino Ski Area.
Only 50 meters far from the house you can take the ski bus that will take you directly to the Molino-Le Buse new cable car, the erfect starting point for skiing along the 100 km of slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area .. and to reach characteristic mountain huts where you could taste the best mountain typical dishes.
