The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The stuff weren’t welcoming. The rooms smelled horrible. I found a dead bedbug on the bed. The mini fridge started leaking water in the middle of the night and got my luggage wet. I showed the staff all the issues at checkout and they asked me if I wanted to change rooms when I was checking out. Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE. I would rather sleep in my car which is ALOT cleaner and safe than this place. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

The hotel was run down. The room we had looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a month. Cob webs behind the TV, stains on the ceiling and the worst part, the wood floors were extremely dirty. The door didn't close on it's own, it did have a electronic lock, but the inside only had a simple door latch to "securely" lock in from the inside. It didn't feel safe, or clean.

The staff was rude. They didn’t even have pillows. They were half pillows. It was dirty. It looked like there was throw up stains on the ground. The bathroom was nasty. This property was horrifying. I would never stay there again.

Good place for a clean pit dtop
I recently attended a wedding and stayed here for one night. The lodging location was close to the wedding venue and the price was right. Even though I arrived late - after the wedding ceremony - all went smoothly at check in. The room was super clean and spacious and had all the modern amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair blow dryer. When I went from my car to my 3rd floor room, there were shady characters who were hanging out in the parking lot, but they were not enough to distract or make me feel endangered. I would come back again.

Don’t stay here!
The hotel is falling apart. Strange people are hanging out all hours of the day and night. It is not close to anything. Breakfast was only one waffle maker and cereal that you have to eat from a cup.

So gross!!! We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out early. Not clean, the mattress had bodily fluids all over it, no hot water and we kept getting locked out of our room. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Camping in my truck would’ve been a better option. This place is definitely a health hazard.

Worst experience ive had with a hotel.
i booked a double queen room at this hovel, based on its nice looking pool and spa area, for my son and I, which is on the cover of the hotels page. I get there and the manager proceeds to tell me that the pool is closed for the time being. I asked about the hot rub and he says its horrible and doesnt work. I go up to the room , looking at the pool on my way, it hadnt been cleaned for quite some time and had a later of leaves and dirt on top of the water. The bathroom in the lobby was also not working because they claim that someone locked the door and left with the key. . I go up to the room to a 2nd story maze of delapitated hallways to find our room. Sadly, it was a king room . I went back down to the desk to resolve this, I asked the manager if a double queen was available, He said yes, I have one..I said great…..now is where it gets fun… he then backtracks and says that he may not have one available….he says he can change the room but it would be $55 extra! the hotels website, the king and the double queens were exactly the same price. I asked him to do me a favor because of the pool situation and all to kindly give the room at the same price. he them said he could take $25 CASH. thats when I started recording him and asked him if we called corporate, they would be ok with me handing him cash. he backtracked. Total scammer, stay away. waffle mix was only thing out for breakfast..

For $250 dollars I expected a clean basic room. What we experienced was an un flushed toilet, hairs, rusty lamps, smudged mirrors, and stained sheets. It was so late at night when we arrived we did not complain. I ended up sleeping with my hood up socks on so I wouldn’t touch the bedding. I would not stay there again.

Never stay in a Quality Inn again!
We will never stay in a Quality Inn again. The whole room smelled like urine. The shower didn’t work and everything was dirty. The tv was so small you could barely see it. The pool was closed due to a health issue. This place should have been closed down and renovated.

VERY UNHEALTHY
This hotel is really bad, first we got room 210, broken toilet seat and broken bed, they move us to room 209 it was worse, there was clothes in one of the drawer, the mattresses were stain really bad and smell bad. The pool was not in service, and was empty with some moldy water. We just stay and hour and we look for another hotel right away. This is not healthy place to stay. I try to post some pictures of the mattresses and the pool, but sadly it doesn't let me post it, not sure why.

The room was clean, but the other areas were not vacuumed (I didn't see it in the 4 nights I stayed). The yard is full of cigarette butts and the trash cans are full (they never replace the trash bags). They bother you at any time to request payments (which they should have debited at check in). The breakfast area is poor, they don't replace products and they don't clean the buffet or tables. The health department received a complaint while we were still there and the pool, among others, was closed due to lack of chlorine. Lobby workers are not friendly!
