Not a good room-106 in Fernley,NV
Friendly check in. The room is clean. The bed has a plastic matress cover that made my back itch at 4 am. Safety issue: the door facing the road doesn’t latch tight. There is a large gap all around the door letting light and weather in. Definite road noise issue! Shower had cold water and it did not heat up tho it was let to run a few minutes. When I showed the photo of the 3/4" gap from the latch down even after I shoved the door shut, better plus photo of the door along with cold water for a shower, I was told, "I'm so sorry." I said I'm stayng at another place tonight!

The pictures are misleading. It took me ten minutes to get my room key to work and by that time I didn’t trust the door would lock properly. There were people loitering around my hotel room and car. I left and slept in my car.

Never again! I almost just slept in my truck. The room was so dirty… I don’t know whether the cigarette smell or bug bomb smell was more prevalent. The walls were gross and I’m pretty sure that there were blood stains on the curtains. The tv wouldn’t work- the only channel was Univision. The shower barely trickled. The a/c stunk, was visibly disgusting, and barely got the room comfortable. I went home after that stay and immediately showered to get the smell of that place off me… my clothes stunk like it! Worst place I’ve ever stayed. The ONLY positive I can say is that the receptionist was very pleasant.

Staff was super nice and helpful. We were here on our way to Burning man. We think we got bed bugs. Room floor was pretty filthy. Had really itchy bug bite welts the next day all over us. Sheets were bleached and smelled clean but those bites were awful.

Light switches were dirty, door hard to open, door was dirty, only 1 of the 2 bathroom lights worked, bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, shower mixing valve did not work properly; only one knob to control water, hot one direction, cold the other direction, no way to really “mix” hot/cold water, no tissue paper, bed pillows were 1/2 size, cobwebs present near door, only 1 wash cloth, only 1 hand towel, bathroom door blocks A/C unit when door open, without working bathroom exhaust fan bathroom door has to stay open during & after shower, shower had work done to mixing valve via hole cut in shower wall that has the cut out piece of wall held back in place with white tape, I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff.

The room was clean but walkways were very grubby. Hotel is generally run down. People living permanently in the hotel,dogs barking in next door room. The staff are nice & friendly.

The desk clerk’s were really nice and friendly.there was a corn kernal in our sink, the sink didn’t drain well at all, and after the air conditioning wall unit ran for awhile it wreaked of urine! Disgusting! The location was very noisy and the walls & floors are thin. The sheets were fresh and clean and the floors were clean.

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at. The AC did not work I called the front desk they came to try and fix it. They were not able to fix it. He said the maintenance does not come in until 7am. I asked if he had another room he said no they were fully booked. They didn’t offer anything else. The bed was so gross it had stains all over. They was a bug in the bed as well. I would never ever stay here again it was terrible.
