Heater did not work in my room. I called front desk. Kesha the supervisor of the front desk picks up my first and second time calling. The 2nd time I called telling my room temperature is not going up after the maintenance guys visit she just lets out the biggest sigh and tells me to hold because of customers in front of her. Excuse me? I am a paying customer in a freezing room. You do not tell me to hold. You fix my problem first the person if front of you can wait. I wait good 3 min being on hold and I have to go down in person to get a new room. Not the best experience. Not a good supervisor. Sighing on a customer and sounding annoyed? Really?

Ive been staying at this hotel for many years even when they used to be the Double Tree Hotel. Convenient to 495 & Rt 7. Nearby mall and restaurants. Unfortunately, they recently changed their parking and now requires parking fees.

The decor in the sleeping area was very inviting. You had a small table and couch so you didn't have to sit on the bed tge entire time. The bathroom didn't have the greatest water pressure and it took awhile for tge water to get hot. Didn't ruin my stay but put a damper on it.
