Stunning Ocean Front Location on Private Beach RPAM052

Salt air, sunlight and soft sand are waiting for you just steps from the luxury ocean front condo in Falmouth Heights. Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 1 BED 1.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A one floor property, this unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed and a pull out couch in the living room. There are also two single rollers beds in the unit. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the properties private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. The deck is covered by the unit above, allowing enjoyment in rain or shine. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV's in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!
3 or 4 night minimum stays depending on season. July 4th Week (6.29 to 7.6) and Race Week (8.17 to 8.24) are 1 week minimum stays, Sat. to Sat. only. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Great location and views!!
Really nice location and seaside views. Great for taking walks and hanging out locally. Really enjoyed the back deck with the ocean right there. So easy to step out and down a flight of stairs and be on the beach. The unit itself was nice and spacious and sunny.

Nearly a month on the beach
Adam Marks was available and attentive throughout my stay. The property was amazing and I’d stay there again in a heart beat. I’ve communicated with him in years past and he was always quick to respond. Fortunately this year I was able to follow through and stay there. Thank you Adam !!
