Lovely and warm, well furnished and equipped. TV was a bit of an issue but swiftly dealt with by Paul. Could do with some instructions for the TV, a mixing bowl and tea pot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

This was just what we needed. A base to explore Falmouth for a couple of days. Really clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I would highly recommended this property.
