Great property! Wonderful and pleaseant staff. Loved everything except the road leading to property is very rough, not fully paved and landscaped. For a propertyy of its class it needs to ensure the roads leading to it is properly lighted/paved etc.

The quality of the food was good, and the staff at the ONE sports bar were excellent. However, finding bugs in the room and on the bed on the first night was very disturbing. The staff couldn’t assist with changing the room that night because no supervisor was on duty. We had to endure the situation until the next day after 2 PM when a supervisor was finally able to change our room. I was very disappointed that no one followed up on my complaint, even after showing pictures and videos to the supervisor.

I loved the staff and the closeness of the resort. They could have done a better job with the events at the Pool. Also, on vacation means everyday is the weekend. Fun should not be on Fri and Sat only. The restaurants were a joke. Food was cold and you could not get a reservations for days on end. Love the swim up rooms. If I come back the swimup room is a must.

All excellent Brand new Good food Amazing beach Great staff service overall The only issue we had was with Scuba caribe, bad service. The guys before start the tour were suggesting tips, etc. I don’t like that pressure on me.

I liked everything about this resort.The employees were all very sociable (Good Vibes Only) The shows were good, the games were fun and the food was great!

One of the worse experiences
This hotel is extremely boring, the only fun thing was the water slide.There’s nothing to do in the day time. There are only a few members of staff that are nice and full of hospitality. The food was horrid. The floor gets randomly soaked once the a/c is turned off, the bathroom was clogged and I could go on and on…….. My check out time was 12pm, housekeeping came to my room at 9:30 asking me to check out so she can clean the room. Terrible service. I literally was forced out the room. OUR experience was horrible and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a ZERO outta 1000
