"The property is in the process of being changed over to a new hotel chain. Due to that, things like toilet roll holders were absent. A roll of toilet paper was provided."

"Our group of 8 K-State alumni for a "guys weekend" had a great time at this place. The drive into Manhattan was quick and easy for re-visiting some of our favorite places around campus, but this place is nice and secluded out by Tuttle Creek Lake. There isn't any direct access to the lake from the property, but the view of it is spectacular. The layout of the house worked well for our group as we could gather in the main room to watch football without disturbing people who wanted to rest or sleep in the bedrooms. The space outside is great and we would love it even more once the outdoor fire-pit is completed. That would have been perfect for a brisk fall day. "
