The stay was great, except that there was no vent in the bathroom and no laundrey detergent sold on site. Also, the guest services button didn't work on our room phone.

Was a very nice stay other than the water taking a while to heat up it almost scared me not having hot water. Would rate 5 stars if there wasn’t so much yelling and talking in the hallways 2-6 am!

The smell in the room was completely like someone smoked in there. And they sprayed some strong stuff in the bathroom. There was somebody’s underwear somewhere around the room that was found that the cleaning people never saw when they cleaned it before we go in.
