This apartment is located on the ground floor of the charming "Casa de Carmen y Andrés" in Faraján and boasts a beautiful view of the city rooftops and the mountains.
The beautiful property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, children’s books and toys as well as a baby cot and a highchair (upon request). The apartment has a shared outdoor area with 2 terraces that are perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the views and a garden. In a 1-minute walk you will reach the nearest restaurant and a supermarket and in a 2-minute walk, the nearest bar (120 m). The beautiful coastline, which boasts multiple sandy beaches, awaits your visit approximately 80 minutes away by car. Furthermore, Marbella is also an 80-minute drive from the property. This is the perfect accommodation for nature lovers as there are many hiking trails in the area and the region boasts great landscape, ecological and botanical diversity, an authentic Mediterranean forest (the only one in nearly all of Andalusia). Here you can disconnect and enjoy the beautiful nature.
You will have to bring your own items for dogs and only well-behaved dogs, which don’t disturb the neighbours, are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a little garden outside where you can smoke. It is quite easy to find a parking space in the town. You will receive a welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on availability (please ask in advance about this). You can buy natural/eco products from the homeowner’s garden and also from the region. The owners live in the same building, however, you will have complete privacy. There is an elevator for the exclusive use of the homeowner, however, if you have mobility problems, you can request to use it.
