Bathroom flooding due to toilet, water running all night, the tank which water was leaking to the ceiling. Plumber come in turned off water after the front desk come up with a plunger, lol. Fire alarm when off when I was in the shower. That morning couldn’t use the toilet so went to lobby to use a bathroom that was locked. The charged me twice and that took a couple day’s to get that back. Very rude and not quite at all. Don’t stay there. I haven’t stayed at a Baymont since then. 😡

Front desk people were very nice & responsive, I didn't realize it was a casino environment (attached). Fine for a brief overnight stay, but room was very dark and dated from the late 70's/80's.

They are in the process of renovating, and this hotel needs it desperately! We had 12” cut in the carpet near the sink area. The floor tile grout was dirty and dingy, which was no fault of the housekeeping staff, it was probably as clean as it could be. Most of the plug-ins were inoperable. The ice machine did not work. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one ranks as one of the worst, especially for the price, it really should have been half of what we paid. We’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in Fargo.

I was informed at chexkin that there was remodeling but my room had an extremely dirty vent, musty smell. Restaurant attached only had bar pizza and hot dogs. Staff poorly trained and overcharged but promise correction. Needs improvement!

Don’t stay here!
This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Cigarette burns on comforter and carpet. Mold on ceiling in bathroom along with greasy hand prints on the wall. Stains on sheets, box spring, and bed skirt. This was unbelievable.

Property is run down. Pool and hot tub down which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Pet charge was double what we usually pay for our dogs. Lots of vagrants around asking guests for money, and living there in vans or for free. Garbage bags and bowls of food dumped outside. Nice to have a bar onsite with a casino. Hotel has no elevator and about 25 stairs up to the second level so hard to carry a bunch of stuff and make multiple trips. Hotel is broken up into several buildings so hard to find room as well. Mold and ceiling damage, sinks/toilets clogged

Pool was closed and we were not notified, only reason I picked this hotel. No elevator very inconvenient when you have a cart load and put on the second floor. Could be cleaner.

Front desk staff was distracted entire time checking us in, forgot to tell us the room cards were printed upside down so we couldnt get into our room. When we finally got in the room had trash in the garbage cans, the bed had footprints from someones shoes, the fridge didnt work nor did the tv, due to a faulty duct taped and broken plug in strip. We had multiple large spiders and a catapillar as guests to share our space with. The ice machine was broken to the point the floor all the way around it was wet and they had a bucket on the floor catching the ice. Overall it was a very poor experience and we spent the first hour we were in our room looking for a different place to stay to no avail.

Convenient location right off the I94 and ample parking space (for tractor trailer). Based on the price I can’t honestly say that I was expecting more. ($75 for one night stay).
