Stoped for one night on our way home from Minneapolis. We had an issue with our door hinge, problem was resolved within 20 mins. Can’t complain much about that. Stuff happens. Kids enjoyed the pool and commented room was nicer and cleaner than Great Wolf Lodge, where we just stayed 4 nights.

The door to our room was so heavy and hard to open i couldnt get in or out without help or putting my whole body into it to push it open. That scared me. Everything was great. The breakfast area was quite small bit most people figured out how to wait a hot minute when it got busy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the location—everything was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were excellent, always friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. However, I did notice a slight issue with attention to detail, as my shower curtain had some noticeable staining. While it didn’t overshadow the overall experience, addressing this would elevate the stay even further.
