The hotel was not clean, staff on their phones not attentive to hotel guests. Hot tub was empty and looked disgusting. Pool was close by the health dept. Rotten bananas on the breakfast counter. Juice machine was just water. Very run down, stains on carpet in lobby.

Overrated!
We booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived we were put into a room with a queen bed, and told they were full and couldn't change us. The stairs were dirty to the second floor where our room was located. The bathtub still had residue from the previous people to stay there. Coffee at breakfast was barely warm and ran out. Other guests went to the lobby to get coffee there.

I was upset because we had planned to stay the night, get a ride to the airport and leave our vehicle at the motel, but as it turns out, you have to book directly with the motel to utilize the park and fly option. This was not mentioned anywhere on Expedias site. So we basically wasted money because we had to park at the airport anyways. The room was very outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke.

We always have enjoyed our stay at the facility. In the past it has always been quiet. This past stay we were in the room above the entry. At about 3 am there were loud voices, laughing for over an hour. Also road noise was endless. This is the first time our room was on second floor. Very tired for our flight

It is an older property that is generally falling apart. The outlet was so loose, my cord wouldn't stay in. The toilet seat was almost falling off. The smoke alarm was sitting on the counter. Light bulbs missing. No hot breakfast as advertised. Pool was closed. They need a maintenance person around to fix things, but with the few customers, I'm sure they can't afford it. It was very convenient to walk to the Fargodome. But not enough to make it worth staying there again.

This hotel does not have an elevator so if you are unable to take stairs make sure to note that when making a reservation. The lobby was extremely dark, rooms were ok - but the hallway and public areas were not appealing. I won't be staying here again.
