Great place to stay in. My kids enjoyed the swimming water park. The hotel was so close to all the shopping and dining areas we wanted to go to. Would stay here again!

Property is highly outdated: dirty walls, carpets (fraying in some areas) in common areas. Was not told online when I booked that there was a per-person limit for the pool area so when my family joined me (I was a single booking) they couldn’t swim or even purchase extra wristbands to swim. This should be clearly marked on all promo for the hotel. Also, when staff was cleaning, they were VERY loud in the hallway, speaking with each other. Noise carried into the room.

a line for check becayse they do not have a workable computer system. So they were looking for someone reservation when I arrived. She finally got someone for I quess management to work on it. Then had to wait for the kids to pay for thier candy and soda because they appearently do not have vent machines I never saw one. Then she couldn't find my reservation I had the conformation number in front of her. The managemnt person guy with a ponytail was checking in someone else while she was looking with a dog. He asked if it was a service dog and they had a hard time say yes he then said that was good enought for him. No vest on the animal or other ID. Only 2 working elevators one on each on the front side of the building. So if your on the end of the building on the back side you get to walk all the way to the middle of building then acrossed the building and back to the end. No ubc plug in for phones in the rooms. I turned the TV on it says it could not find a channel. Caled the front desk and then sent someone up who tried to get channel but couldn't. Another IT problem. He was very nice and called the front desk for a different room. Half hour to 45 minutes later the front desk staff come up person came up to give me a key to different room which was by the pool. It did close at 11:15 pm only because they shut the lights on them. The only thing/people that seems to work in this hotel is the cleaning staff and maintenance staff.

The holiday inn is old and needs a make over. The bathroom door didn’t close, the toilet didn’t flush and the pool area was extremely dirty. I’m looking for a full refund.

We were in room 1214 and none of us could shower. The shower backed up and there was gross nasty stuff that came up the drain. I feel we should get some kind of reimbursement for this room. Even if it’s half back or another night for free in the future. Something should be done. I won’t stay there again even though it’s awesome there.

Our towels in the room were dirty. Sheets were alright. The other guest were very loud around midnight with kids screaming and running around. Pool was cold. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. One last thing, the staff went in our room when we were at the pool.

Omg! Worse hotel ever. They refused to put the air on. Room smell like mold. Refused to change my room when i requested. Couldn’t give me any reason as to why they couldn’t. I will never stay there again.
