It was ok. There was no wow factor. The room was clean. Low lightning. The bed was ok. Just overall ok. Breakfast needed help in maintaining. Not too clean in the breakfast area. We'd stay again, if we had to. In the ither hand, nothing really upset us either. So average at best and not terrible.

We would stay again.
Check out took forever, but otherwise was fine. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic with 3 different kinds of pancakes, eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes, along with several other options. The hot tub is nice and big. Pool was sufficient.

We arrived around 6:00 PM to find the front desk area abandoned. There was no sign indicating they’d be back or any way to contact them. After 30 minutes of searching and trying to call the local number, we finally found an employee in the laundry area. She treated us rudely and was unhelpful. I asked for the manager’s phone number and was told I couldn’t call him. Eventually the front desk clerk showed up and was also very rude. It took another 10 minutes before she actually gave us our keys, even though we’d completed electronic registration. The next morning I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me. I’m still waiting for that call. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed after the last guest and there was an abundance of mold in the shower/tub area.

No shampoo, lotion or wash available. Miss the guest welcome from 5-7pm where they had food, wine & beer. Checkout the elevator was not working from the fourth floor. Impossible to get luggage cart down 4 floors!!

Affordable property with a good breakfast and decent pool area. There were a couple things broken in the room like dresser drawer and a wheel was missing from the desk chair. We stayed 3 nights and cleaning staff never visited once to empty the garbage or refresh the towels. When I checked out I realized I was double billed for my stay. I approached the staff at the front desk and clearly they weren't trained to understand what happened so I came back later to talk to another staff member. They realized immediately what had happened and corrected the mistake. With everything taken into consideration it's not a bad hotel for the price but it shows it's age a little bit I would stay another time to see if anything improved or not.

TV did not work at first. After a litte trouble shooting i was able to get it to work. Having to use a tablet to enter my info was a little slow as I made an on line reservation and also did it their.
