Side door you can just pull hard enough and it’ll open made me feel uneasy about the place and it’s like a maze in there so easy to get lost looking for vending machines

Convention in hotel. Had people outside of my room in hallway till 1:30 am. Called front desk and complained and nothing wad done. I should've been put on a floor or room away from Convention people. Partially my faulty for not asking for another room.

Last minute stay
We decided at the last minute when in Roger’s MN to drive partway home which was an 8 drive in total to MB. We booked our MJ g bed room the same afternoon as we were driving. Check in was great. Room was clean, lots of nice towels. We were on the 3rd floor which was very quiet.

I know most rooms are not handicapped accessible but the toilet could at least be higher. My husband uses his walker and we couldn’t get that in the bathroom very well. The pictures are not what our room looked like at all. The smell was so nasty. We strayed our perfumes every time we came in. The hallway smelled really bad like smoke. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing fabulous about it besides it was there. After checking in I asked the guy at the front desk if they had any handicapped rooms and he told me No. On check out the lady at the front desk said they did. She said he probably said no because at the time they didn’t have any available. I almost checked out and got another hotel but this was expensive so adding another hotel price would have been not good.

This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the Interstate, shopping and restaurants. The common area is dated and needs some much-needed modernizing, but the room is neat, clean and comfortable.
