Casa BELVEDERE is located in the quiet Langhe countryside.
The strategic location offers panoramic views of the Maritime Alps, vineyards, woods and hazelnut groves.
Within minutes you can visit towns such as Dogliani, Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra, Alba and Barolo.
Casa BELVEDERE is on two floors; on the ground floor you will find the entrance, veranda, billiard room (the latter for a fee), living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the second floor you will find a first bedroom with a veranda; a bathroom and a second bedroom with a balcony. Both rooms enjoy magnificent panoramic views.
The two floors are communicating and independent, depending on the number of guests you may have access to all bedrooms and bathrooms or only to a part.
My private apartment is located in the opposite wing of the house, for any needs I can be on call and ready to assist you. In case I cannot assist you for language or other reasons, my son-in-law lives in the area so he will be able to help.
The house is very cozy and is suitable for groups of friends and families with children.
Guests will have free use of the private parking area inside the villa that can accommodate one or more cars. In the same fenced area you will have access to a large garden, ideal for children to play, sunbathe, eat, barbecue, or simply enjoy a relaxing moment.
There is also a modern kitchen, wifi, TV, air conditioning, and a large billiard table (the latter for a fee).
I will be happy to give you all the tips so you can visit our area of excellence known for good wine and gastronomy. As well as the fantastic landscapes unique in the world to be seen.
