The views from our room overlooking the pool and the ocean was spectacular morning walks every morning on the beach, quiet and able to see the three sisters rocks.

Unfortunately, the night we arrived was the same evening that there was a local celebration with incredibly loud music, which lasted until 3 am. The next morning, there was no water as a pipe had broken. We did not have running water until the next day. Staff did provide 3 1-gallon water jugs to use fo flush the toilet, etc. For the price I paid for the hotel, I did not expect these issues. I would not stay there again.

The service was outstanding. All the employees bent over backwards to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Property could use a little work fixing up broken amenities in the common area.

A small but pretty property with functional rooms and direct access to the pool and the beach. Let’s be real; if you are going to the Bahamas, you better be going for the beaches, and this hotel has fantastic access, just steps away from a world class beach. Very very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. WiFi through individual mobile access point. The restaurant on site is great. Note that with most Bahamas properties which are not “inclusive” in the Exumas, you will need to have a rental car or use taxis to get to other restaurants or attractions. Highly recommended hotel with super beach access.

Great staff and view
Incredible property manager. We arrived after 8pm closing time (for what ever reason the owner closes on mondays early), the property manager came back on her own time and gave us our room. The view is incredible from the room and it’s very piece full.
