The breakfast is real eggs, not from a jug as are the potatoes that are chopped and fried. There is green chile to top things off. The rest is typical breakfast food. The rates have gone up considerably but no improvements to the property. The carpet is coming up in many places through the hallways and the ceiling tiles in my bathroom were majorly stained and the switch plates dirty. I probably won’t stay here again even though it was our go to for hiking trips near Farmington for at least ten years.

We couldn't sleep because of noise from the heater. Whenever it would cycle "on" it would kick up a racket. The other problem was finding our way around the property because it is huge, and doesn't have enough signs pointing to the lobby. Take a wrong turn and you end up in a dead end. Also, the property adjacent to the motel is in bad shape with a chain link fence separating it from the motel. We won't be going back.

Very nice staff. Felt sorry for them working at a sub standard facility. The whole building and area around are depressed. Definitely needs upgrading. Nearby Days Inn closed and are totally remodeling to meet the few nice hotels that exist in this hotel district.

Didn’t like that the front desk person announced my room number out loud, like girl, just point quietly to the number. There were so many men, laborers of some kind, around. Old building and room. Some aspects are upgraded but still old. Shower was decent.

You Get Your Monies Worth at this place
The staff was very friendly despite the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was great; always looked forward to grabbing a bite before work. The room itself was not too great. The shower curtain was dirty, the bathtub was not clean on my first night, but the staff was very helpful to fix the issues I reported. I wish I could give it a higher rating.
