It was underconstruction, i book on Expedia. Of course they didnt note that. We wanted a hot tub and prepaid. No hot no redund no cancelation either plus got charged and extra $50.

When I booked room I was not told or made aware pool was under renovation. I had kids that wanted to swim. I was told by front desk to call Expedia,not apologetic at all, no sympathy. We left the facility right away., went to a different hotel with pool. No resolution from Expedia. Virtual assistant not helpful at all. Please always call favor directly. Worse experience

Friendly Staff and convenient for my work. Is located on the outer part of town. Not a lot of dining options close by but I travel here often and am aware of this. This hotel is undergoing renovations so there is some clutter but the new rooms are very nice ! It’s priced right. Safe and clean too !

I was greeted by a friendly employee who quickly checked me in. I asked or recommendation for food service and was informed clearly and professionally. I was offered bottled water and also received a complimentary soda. Excellent service!!

Property was under construction with debris in parking lot, and amenities not available without this being conveyed to guests. Staff was most certainly frustrated by complaints over a situation out of their control but barely courteous when dealing with guest frustrations and not concerned with offering alternative solutions for guests.

Was disappointed in the hot tub being out of service, the fitness room only had a minimal variation of weights (maximum was only 20 lbs.). But the service, breakfast, and cleanliness was awesome!

Hampton Inn Farmington
Beautiful hotel. Johnnie was awesome! The room was very nice but the refrigerator and the microwave didn't work. And the room had an off smell to it o had to go but air freshener for the night. But the bed was extremely comfortable!! Hotel is a little pricey and the hot tub was taped off which was very disappointing. Breakfast was good. Not much parking especially if you are pulling a trailer you have to park outside of the gated area.
