Better Than Expected
Very clean and welcoming. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge and freezer. Wifi worked perfectly. Very short walk to town. Highly recommend dining at the Homestead Kitchen Bar. Would definitely stay here again.

So much better than a hotel room
Our trip was to visit family, so we did not spend a lot of time at the property. It was just so nice to come back at the end of the day to the quiet and privacy the space provided. While the shower may have been small, the water pressure was perfect. This may seem like a minor thing, but to me there is nothing worse than a shower with no water pressure. Hope to back soon.

Great location for walking around Farmington
Nice location and quiet private place. We specifically booked a place that said it had Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi was not usable on any of our devices. Contacted host, but no attempt was made to remedy this. Fortunately, it was very close to public library and campus where we were able to get free Wi-Fi.
