The property was overall clean. It is very out dated compared to other Hampton Inns. It needs a makeover to compete with the others in the area.

Not too happy this time around.
We have stayed here many times. It’s usually our go to hotel when we are in town. This time we weren’t happy with the overall cleanliness. We found roaches in the bathroom. There was mildew around the tub. The bedding had two large brown stains on the top cover. The television has a large black line through the middle which made watching tv unpleasant. We stayed in room 313.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff is great and the facilities are clean, the beds are comfortable. However, it’s beginning to get a little worn down. The banquet seating in the breakfast area was completely worn out, the chair in the room had a hole in the upholstered arm, the darkening shade wouldn’t close completely.We like the hotel a lot but they need to spruce up the furnishings abit.

This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was noisy, my tv was broken, and my ceiling was leaking (I was on the top floor and it was raining out). It was not just a few drips. A huge area of the ceiling had water coming in. I woke up to the desk and all of my things soaked. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned or apologetic and didn’t even offer extra points let alone any kind of compensation or refund.

Easy check in, room was okay…. Bed not made properly, looked like kids made it. Clean just not tidy… looked like someone jumped on bed and tossed the pillows on it. I straightened it out. Missing iron and vanity empty soap & body lotion for two days. Offered great breakfast. Nice pool.
