This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve high chair. This property only accepts cash. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. This property uses solar energy. Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, and window guards in each accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in.

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.

• The seasonal pool will open in April and close in October.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
