"Very pleasant stay. The inn is conveniently located - both off the beaten path, but close to attractions and amenities. It was about a 10-minute walk to the main business area and a couple minutes walk the other direction to groceries and coffee. Less than five minute drive from ferry dock. My suite was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen area. Breakfast had lots of choices. Comfortable bed, good water pressure -- what more do I need? Thank you for a great stay. "

"We spent a week on Bainbridge Island to visit family in the area. Tanglewood, which is what this property is known, is a family-owned property with a rich history dating back to the 1930s. It’s on a quiet location in Wing Point with a beautiful view of Seattle’s skyline and Mr. Rainier - when it chooses to reveal itself. The time we were there, we spotted a pod of orcas swimming across the Sound, and a bald eagle fly across twice outside our living room window.The owner, Barbara, is responsive, pleasant to work with and clear in her instructions for checking in/out. The place is beautiful, well-kept, clean, organized, comfortable and had every amenity. If you have a chance to stay here, check out their guest book."

"The "retro" Bainbridge Island house was adorable and just perfect for our family and our fuzzy companion. It was warm, cozy, and comfy when we arrived. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with not only a coffee maker, but coffee!, and a great variety of other cooking items. The bedrooms all had a walk in closet and so comfortable - we slept like babies. The location is also great - close to Poulsbo, light houses on the peninsula, and the ferry to Seattle. I was so happy to have spent the Christmas holidays at the retro Bainbridge Island home."
