The room was not the cleanest. Housekeeping failed to remove what appeared to be a black lady’s sleep gown complete with soiled underwear. It was nasty and unsettling to see. Management should refund to me the cost for the one night stay.

It’s pretty close to a roach motel. Old property, can’t sleep due to pigeons cooing all night along with the bright security light that get thru the wack curtains. Beds are from 1980s used up spring bed

Check in was great.Gentleman was super friendly and nice.Room was clean,bed comfy.Pool area was great.Breakfast area was clean and food great. My only issue was the AC. It stopped cooling around midnight and we couldn't get it to come back on for anything all night.7am it finally clicked back on as we were about to leave.So my night wasn't great bc it was to warm in my room.Not sure why it stopped working during that time as it had been fine before that.

Enough for 12 hours.
USB plugs need to be updated. None worked. And the staff kept knocked before 11am to ask if we were ready to go. We had late checkout for 12pm. The first knock was 10:28am.

We stayed 1 night (Room 126) and was bit by something repeatedly and although I can't confirm it was bed bugs I suspicion that's what it was. We came back through and stayed again (I had already paid and couldn't cancel or I would've stayed elsewhere). I requested not to have the same room and the you g gentleman that checked me in was VERY rude and not accommodating at all! I will never stay again.

The front office, the room, the building and grounds were very clean, and the building welll maintained considering its age. I particularly appreciated the immaculate floors in the front office, as well as the detailed cleanliness of our room. Our bed was well- made and the sheets were crisp and clean (a bit scratchy on sensitive skin), but plenty of pillows. Designated smoking areas were clean, and the gazebo area was notably clean and the lawn maintaned round about. Overall, a nice stay for the price. My only issue was the adjacent property which looked to be a run down, abandoned hotel. Obviously, Best Western has no control over what the city allows to remain standing to clutter the area , but Best Western makes up for the neighboring eye-sore by professional management of their property!
