It was a wonderful experience. We plan to stay again. The only problem was not having advance knowledge of not being able to park a full-sized truck (F-250) in the garage. We were able to find street parking on the second loop around the block (weekend.). We’ll come with a smaller vehicle next time.

FABULOUS Hotel, so cute and convenient to everything. We loved it EXCEPT buyer beware, the only bar/restaurant suddenly announced last call at 9:45pm on a Saturday GAME night. Their rationale was weak (they had problems another time?), but on this particular evening, the bar area was full of lovely people of all ages, doing nothing wrong. Next thing you know all food and drink stopped; and people staying had to leave in order to have fellowship. This included a lovely wedding party that had probably spent a fortune to be there together. It was baffling! Good customers were very upset, with no recourse. Besides that nonsense, it was really nice!

Loved the hotel and close proximity to downtown Fayetteville and Univ of Arkansas. Received a key to an occupied room at check in. Sorry to those we disturbed when we entered without knocking. Staff was very helpful and quickly resolved with many apologies.

Nice hotel with fun decoration, you really get a lot of razorback flavor with how the entire hotel is decorated. Even the rooms follow the same theme. I will say that the hotel is a little older. They did a great job remodeling but you tell the age of the hotel is showing. Bathrooms still have a tub and the ceilings are low. Service was really good and the place is very clean. The bar area is a nice hangout, kids can be there but must be on the couches or away from the bar. Two TVs which I thought was not enough for how much they could entertain. There’s a whole other area with a big table and charging docs but no one goes over there. Great place and I would go back.

I always have a great experience at a Graduate hotel! Super cute and niche to the area on the inside. All the staff were super friendly especially the valet. Though the valet system required a bit of extra technology it was easy enough to figure out and the valets were able to guide me through the app. Location was stellar. Walkable to everything and the university. Highlights were the Fayetteville charm and location!

The location is fantastic, walkable and safe. The bathtub areas needs upkeeping because the caulk was moldy. (Room 1613) They did not clean our room or offer new towels. Two different front desk staff members told us the breakfast buffet was at 6:30am and we had a schedule to keep. We arrived at 6:30am and waited and it did not start until 7am. For all of these reason, I would say it’s average at best.
