On the ground floor, there’s a living room with large glass windows and satellite TV, a second living room with a dining area, a gas-equipped kitchen in traditional Mallorcan style, and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are on this floor: one with a double bed, and two with twin beds. Two bedrooms open to a furnished terrace. A cot and high chair are provided for families with babies. Upstairs, an additional living room with TV offers privacy, along with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level, an independent laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Ceiling fans are provided in the dining room and bedrooms.
