With 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, this cozy space is designed for couples and families to enjoy peace and comfort. Located just 300 meters from Cala Marsal sandy beach, this bright apartment is ideal for those looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the sea.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator and features a private 20m² terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals at its table for six. It also has a barbecue, ideal for magical evenings. Inside, you′ll find a modern atmosphere with a renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

With free Wifi, a TV with international channels, and free street parking, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very convenient, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops nearby.

Notes:
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.

Cash deposit: Upon arrival, tenants will need to make a €200 cash payment as a deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the apartment is left in the agreed conditions.

*After checking the meter, the deposit for electricity used will be charged (only if agreed upon at the time of rental).

Final cleaning: The final cleaning fee is separate: €180.

Electricity costs: Paid separately: €10 per day.

Parking: Outdoor parking/garage: no reservation required.

Upon prior request, a crib and high chair are provided free of charge.

Additional crib: Second crib: €10 per day.

Extra bed: In rooms where an extra bed can be added, the price will be €28 per day, subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or the previously agreed meeting point.

Soon, the reception office will contact you to inform you of the time and place for key collection.

Arrival outside office hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe box. Any remaining amount, if applicable, must be paid to the reception agency the next day;

b) If there is no safe box, organize the late arrival with the agency. The penalty for late arrival must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in after 23:00: €30.00.

If a late check-out is possible, the cost for extending until 13:00 will be €50, and €90 before 17:00.

In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to finalize the times.

ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourism tax (ecotax).

€2.20 per night per person for the first 8 days. For subsequent days, €1.10 per night per person. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.

This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
