Beautiful villa with private pool just 1.8 km from Cala Marçal beach and 2.6 km from Portocolom. It sleeps 10 guests.
The best plan after an entertaining day at the beach is to cool off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.80 meters. You can also sunbathe on the 10 loungers and refresh at the outdoor shower. Later, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue and have a drink on the outdoor sofa at the end of the day. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The one-story house features a traditional and cosy style that exudes serenity. The dining room is equipped with satellite TV and a wood stove. The large separate kitchen features a gas stove. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also located here. The sleeping area offers 5 bedrooms, two with twin beds and 3 with a double bed. Two of them also have an en suite bathroom with shower. There are another 2r bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Lastly, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby and there are 6 fans available.

The villa is located in a quiet area of the countryside but only 1.8 km from Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Portocolom is also very close, just 2.6 km away and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away you find Cala d'Or with its characteristic white houses and great atmosphere. Another day you can visit the Mondragó Natural Park or play golf at the Vall d'Or course.

The house is eco-friendly, runs on solar panels and its water supply comes directly from its own well.

Lovely stay
Great outdoor sitting / eating / lounging areas. Very pretty round pool etc. Lots of space inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Not too much hot water...no big deal but impacted dishwashing, central burner on hob didnt' work properly - generator made noise in morning. On arrival limited stock of toilet paper / dishwasher tablets etc a minor irritation. However, overall very satisfied. Lovely place

Beautiful villa, fabulous pool and outside space, we loved it, thank you! The nearby beach and restaurants were lovely and only a short drive if you want more shopping etc in Cala d’Or. (10 to 15 minutes) We hired a car so it was easy to get to local supermarkets and beaches and always managed to park, only a 5 minute drive.

Das richtige Haus für Menschen die im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, die aber auch einen kurzen Weg ( 5 Minuten ) zur Badebucht haben möchten. Haus und Garten strahlen eine Gemütlichkeit aus. Der Pool wurde immer gereinigt. Kleine Defekte wurden sofort behoben. Empfehlenswert für Familien , sogar mit Baby und Hund.
