Just what I was hoping for as a first youth hostel experience for my grandsons. Quirky, clean, fellowship and fun! Sheets are included in the price, but towels are extra. We recommend the Turkish style restaurant nearby for dinner...Sara's Bistro.
The Breakfast buffet at the hostel was plentiful.
Would go back again.
Booked double room turned out bunks and could touch both walls without stretching. No wifi in room or down in main loung email although some people could briefly 8n dining room. Not clear it was cash only. More expensive than lovely double enquire in innsbruck night before
went is a really quiet part of the year (late september). This place is really nice. clean, big, it look perfect for a winter getaway. Really relaxing when we where there. Would definitively go back!
One of the better hostels I've stayed in and in a very historic building. We, a family of four, received a private room with bathrooms across the hall. We had to make our own beds, but the sheets were provided. The manager is very pleasant and even serves his guests breakfast in the morning.
Although our room could accommodate 11 people they dedicated the room to just our family of 5. As youth hostels go it was well run, free parking, clean bathrooms and showers. Worked well for our family on a budget.
A unique stay - staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The building is old, yet many modern amenities have been provided. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and showers.
We really enjoyed our stay because it is so unlike the usual hotels we tend to stay. Note, in summer it can get very hot (it hit 40 Celcius whilst we stayed there) and with no air-con the rooms get very warm. During the day, however, there are rooms downstairs where it stays beautifully cool !!
Lovely church next door, worth going to the evening service as very friendly.
Excellent service- very accommodating. Good value for the money.

Historisk hostell

Quiet place with a lovely yard (breakfest can be eaten in the yard) and with private parking. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the lady on reception deserves every compliment! :)
The only disadvantage is that there are no wi-fi in the rooms and there is only one charging socket in the room.
We stayed for one night, and booked a 4-person bunk room (even though we're only 2 people). It's a hostel, not a hotel, so we had to make our own beds and share bathroom facilities (don't forget your own towel), but it wasn't bad. It's in a really charming historic building. There's no wifi in the rooms, but it works if you go into the common room downstairs. Across the street there's a cheap Chinese buffet which is good for budget travelers. Also, there's free parking in a lot behind the building.

Guter Preis, aber recht lauter Straßenlärm!
Schöne Jugendherberge, aber direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Deshalb sehr laut im Zimmer, oder man schließt die Fenster und dann ist es natürlich sehr warm.
