What a neat place! All the amenities are very new including the unit and all the devices. It is just on the opposite side of the road of Woolworth, so very handy to get some food in stock. The only improvement I could ask would be the design of car park.

Great place to stay. Clean, nice, light rooms.You have everything you need in the room.( great selection of tea and nice coffee). Bed is very comfortable and white, new bedding. It would be greatly improved if there were clear signage and additional temporary parking spaces reserved for guests checking in when driving into the hotel. The location of the parking spaces reserved for disabled guests is somewhat inconvenient and could be better positioned. Rooms located behind the reception desk are easily disturbed by the movements of the front desk staff, affecting the guests' rest. The play area for children is not ideal. It obstructs other guests' movement, and small toys like balls can easily roll through the railing into the lobby

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The availability of three EV chargers was particularly appreciated, and I found the value for money to be very satisfactory. However, there were a few drawbacks. The soundproofing could be improved, and the layout of the bathroom and shower wasn't ideal. As for the breakfast, it was quite decent. While there were no hot egg dishes, the food and beverages provided were fresh and enjoyable.

We were updated to the executive suite for our stay which was an amazing experience. The hotel was magnificent and the staff were very accomodating and helpful Would definitely recommended to friends and family!

Booked at last minute just needing a place to sleep. Got that and much more. The bed was super comfortable, the room was immaculate and the access was convenient. The EV charger was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm back in Rotorua

Good experience especially there’s three free EV chargers with type 2 plug. Downside is the majority of people parking at the EV spots were not electrical vehicles. The room is large enough but slightly aged and could be cleaner. Great hospitality from the staff with great food.
