New studio with indoor fireplace and king bed

Our modern, high-end studio in within a new build, and is awaiting your arrival. There is a shared entrance area with our other guests where you will find space under the stairs for storing your sporting equipment.

Upstairs, you will find the door to your unit. As you walk into the unit, you will find a wonderfully modern kitchenette, sleeping area, large fireplace, and lovely bathroom. The ceilings are high, and the windows large allowing for the unit to be flooded in natural light. Out on the private deck area you can enjoy the spectacular views of the nearby mountain ranges with a BBQ.

Everything is high quality including the linens and towels. We know you will be exceptionally comfortable here.

Property was exactly as advertised. No stove or dishwasher but there is a microwave, toaster oven and gas bbq. We walked downtown for supper when it was nice. Floor to ceiling windows and a deck with gorgeous mountain views all day long. Plenty of walking trails in the neighborhood and short drives to longer hikes.

Property was located in an excellent area. Easily accessible to downtown Fernie. Condo was beautifully finished , very comfortable bed and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a bench or luggage rack as there was no where to put our bags There is a small ledge beside the fire place for 1 piece but the other piece had to lay on the floor . Definitely would rent again in the future !!

Great condo, great views
The location of the condo is easy to find in a very nice area in Fernie. The condo itself was very clean, well organized for linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Parking is a breeze, right in front of the property in the driveway which is a bonus for not having to scramble for parking at large condo/hotel units. A great view of the mountains from the deck in the morning and evening. Overall very happy with the experience
