Disappointed with reception...we stay here regularly and we travel 3 1/2 hours to get there when we arrive half an hour early they always turn us away and come back at 2pm...other hotels check if room is ready and most often let us in early...grunpy receptionists dont do the hotel any favours

Due to mobility issues with on of our group we had requested ground floor rooms either side by side or cose together. We were give one ground floor one first floor. There was no interest in trying to change things despite not being full.
