Awesome time in Fes
Special thanks to Mohammed and Hassan for making our stay smooth and great! It's very important in a foreign country like Morocco that you have a local person helping you with advice and information! The guys helped us in every way and even escorted us and helped get a taxi on the last day. I highly recommend this riad for this personal touch and hospitality. The only hiccup was that their card machine didn't work and we had to get cash from ATM and spend extra for the ATM fees. So it's advisable to have enough cash in your budget to cover the stay. All in all we had awesome time in Fes. Thank you guys!!

Good, authentic hotel. Very delicious breakfast was served. Comfortable for healthy-leg people only as the breakfast is up in the 3rd floor, with high stairs. For those who are having difficulties with walking and stairs have to take account the lack of elevator in this ancient building. The absolute positive is the friendly and very helpful staff, helped with getting some food in, also helped to leave the hotel and medina area and catched the taxi for us. The staff is absolute positive 5*, thank you so much.

Excellent Staff
The super staff made up for my room being 95% comfortable instead of 100%. Mohamed did everything in his means and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I took my three children all under three with me and we felt at home away from home- that is not easy with children.

Riad très joli et super service
Super séjour. Mohamed s’est bien occupé de nous et nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner plus tôt le jour de notre départ. Riad très bien situé et facile à trouver, avec toutes les commodites qu’il faut et une jolie vue sur la ville depuis la terrasse.

Een OK verblijf voor zijn prijs tijdens de ramadan
Na wat zoeken vind je het wel. Alles is hier OK, maar toch enkele irritaties: de baas wil eerder een betaalde gids aanpraten dan zelf wat uitleg te geven. Buren en kinderen spelen op straat tot diep in de nacht, maar met oordoppen alles onder controle! Het ontbijt is OK, maar toch te veel opnieuw opgewarmd eten op tafel. De derde dag werd de kamer niet meer gereinigd. Men probeerde €2,50 als city tax aan te rekenen i.p.v. €2,00. Nogmaals: voor zijn prijs tijdens de ramadan een OK score.

Reservamos el riad con más de un mes de antelación de nuestro viaje y estuvimos en contacto con su personal para la reserva de algunos servicios, como el traslado del aeropuerto al riad a nuestra llegado. Pero un día antes de nuestra llegada nos cancelaron nuestra reserva sin ningún motivo ni explicación!!! Hubiéramos agradecido más atención por su parte y que nos hubieran intentado dar alguna recomendación, por suerte Expedia si respondió como debía y nos solucionó todo. Hablamos con ellos por teléfono y el trato no fue bueno, la persona con la que hablamos fue maleducada. Creemos que la reserva fue cancelada pues el precio tan bajo por el que reservamos, sin duda muy mala experiencia y lamentable gestión por parte del riad, no fueron responsable.

À notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas de chambre pour le premier soir mais le personnel de l’hôtel nous en avait trouvé une pas très loin. Le reste de notre semaine, ils nous ont très bien servi.
