The villa itself was very nice! Unfortunately having a villa that sleeps 6, and only having enough hot water for one shower was a massive downfall. Yes, they are run on solar, but with bigger accommodation, you need bigger hot water tanks.... We didn't have hot water for 2 days, although they did say they fixed it! I received an email saying that we were happy with the outcome, we were far from that. On check in, it was rushed, no explanation in what wifi was, no things to wash the dishes, although they did supply once I asked. For something that you're paying top dollar for in the area, we were extremely disappointed. The floors were very dirty. Still crumbs and nail clippings in one of the bedrooms.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es relativ in Ordnung. Von zwei Rezeptionisten war einer total unfähig und hatte selten Wissen über seine Arbeit. Der andere wiederum war sehr hilfreich. Des Weiteren waren wir erst Mitte September in der Unterkunft und sollten eine Kaution bezahlen bzw zahlten diese in Höhe von 1000 TL, obwohl auf der Seite von Expedia stand, dass es nur im Zeitraum von April bis August nötig ist. Die Reinigungskräfte kommen alle drei Tage und das aber nur, wenn man dies an der Rezeption meldet. Auch wird Sauberkeit hier ganz anders definiert „Einmal den Besen schwingen und mit einem trockenen Tuch über einige Oberflächen wischen“. Bis auf den Pool, der täglich nachts gereinigt wurde, und der Außenanlage suchte man hier vergeblich nach Sauberkeit. Ansonsten ist die Anlage relativ gut gelegen. Der Strand, Basars, Supermärkte uvm. sind in wenigen Fahrtminuten zu erreichen.
