We found the hotel to be good. The room was small but it had a lovely shower room. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice as was the evening meal we enjoyed there.

SPOILT BY LACK OF DINING FACILITIES
Handy hotel next to the autoroute. Receptionist very friendly. Rooms need a little TLC. A big minus was the fact that the restaurant wasn't open: Just what you don't want to hear after a long drive!! The nearest eaterie is a Burger King - a two minute walk away. The staff are really welcoming but I wouldn't chose to stay here again to be honest

Excellent for a one night stop over, just off the motorway but far enough away to not be noisy. Rooms a bit on the small size but clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a good selection for breakfast.

Great value for money
Plenty of parking space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable; small and compact - ideal for an overnight stopover as close to the A20 very easy to find from Junction 35. Restaurant is good value but there is a "Burger King" within 100m walk if that is your preference? .Most of the other guests seemed to be business travellers so some noise from 07.30 onwards

Buffet meals are amazing and well stocked
room good, food a buffet but amazing, eels in a travel stop hotel, just brilliant!! Only down side was an enormous night time noise issue which the manager apologised for the next morning, actually felt sorry for her as she had to sort an ugly incident but overall the hotel and staff are very good. Safe and secure parking just off the motorway

The service at breakfast was poor, eggs, bacon, toasting bread was not replenished, had to go searching for staff several times who were preparing tables etc. for lunch rather than looking after breakfast guests. The evening buffet meal was a pleasant relaxed experience, good tasty selection of food, and very attentive staff. July is warm here air conditioning would have been a bonus, difficult to sleep, warm.

Overnight stay en route to UK. Restaurant closed as Armistice Day. No restaurant within walking distance. Burger King being refurbished next door. Helpful receptionist. De-icer provided to clear car.

Shame about the stale smoke smell
I have stayed at this hotel before as it is very close to the motorway. Whilst everything is as it should be in a hotel of this standard, it is unfortunate that there is a lingering smell of stale smoke in the corridor and bedroom. I had to sleep with the window open which was not good as my ground floor room looked out over the car park

Good hotel and very helpful staff
Really good hotel but but room had no air conditioning, so hot in the heatwave at the time of stay and leaving windows open resulted in being awoken early by traffic noise. Good restaurent both for breakfast and eveing meals
