I booked through Expedia and immediately realized I had made a mistake based on location. I tried to cancel but Expedia app would not permit cancellation. I called hotel and told staff that the booking was an error and asked that it be cancelled. Staff person made note that I would not be arriving but said that policy re: charges was up to Expedia. I called Expedia and was told that decision re: charges was up to hotel management. I called manager of hotel who said that charge would be made as my reservation had prevented their offering the room to another guest (despite my calling within 5 minutes of my error to tell them I would not be using the room). The manager acknowledged that despite my never having set foot on the property, I would be charged.

Great place for a family.
The rooms are really nice--very big. The free breakfast was great, cereal, waffles, bacon, eggs...and good coffee. The staff is super friendly.

Overall a good choice
Cute set up with free standing units that each have 4 separate units. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy on and off from the interstate 84. There’s a surprisingly great diner in walking distance. One negative… no soap in the bathroom! And no dish detergent in the kitchen. We thought this was just a housekeeping mistake but we were traveling with friends and they also didn’t have soap! Strange.
