This was a very good and clean hotel. The food and drinks were good. We arrived at the hotel early, but we had to wait. The Clerk said that it's usually noisy on the first floor, and he said that he would put us on a higher level when the rooms are clean. When the rooms were ready he STILL kept us on the 1st floor.

AC unit hard to regulate. Noisy. Shower had 2 conditioners but no shampoo. Room is essentials only- it’ll do for a night. Found out upon arrival that there was now going to be a charge for parking and free parking was one reason I chose that hotel. Not impressed with TRU at all. On the up side, staff very nice!

Hotel is new & clean. Breakfast buffet very generous and tasty. Housekeepers staff friendly and responsive. Never heard air traffic despite proximity to airport. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Pleasant stay!

Great Stay - near airport
Clean/modern room. Near the airport. Lagoon view was great. We liked the breakfast provided. Free parking. Fast food nearby/walkable- very convenient. Safe area. No microwave or safe in the room. We will stay here again if we are in Miami but will book the Home2 instead.

Shuffle service and bad information
We booked this hotel last December and contacted the reception by phone and your messaging function to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and received the wrong or no response to my inquiry. The shuttle service did not provide service for us from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm Saturday the 10 of February 2024 The next day the shuttle was flexible and dropped me off at my rental car agency

We are so pleased with this hotel. It’s lovely, & close to the airport, so very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and held our bags until our room was ready. We relaxed in the terrific (huge) 10th floor lounge until our room was ready, which it was, for us early. The hotel is clean, smells fantastic and the room is perfect for our family of four. Everything is bright and modern. Perfect choice to stay the night before our flight.
