Well, hotels.com completely sucks, I had the worst experience with this second hand company....but the Hyatt hotel help me out so much....I'm so grateful of Paige and lauran and I can't remember the other gentleman...they were awesome and I am forever grateful for them!

Everything was fine and it was super nice new and clean, just didn’t like how parking was 8$ a night. Like I never have to pay at a hotel to park where I am paying to stay?? Also breakfast was 8$ per person. I feel like the one across the street that had free parking & free breakfast would have been better just because of that.

Good value for a quick stay
Booked this room for a quick stay on a cross country trip. We knew we would be checking in late and tired so thought we could have diner and cocktails in the hotel restaurant. We were very disappointed to find the restaurant was virtual and a part of the Check-in area. The wonderful lady at the counter went above and beyond to make up a charcuterie plate from ingredients she found in the kitchen to take to our room. The room was clean and spacious. Good value for the price. Centrally located but a little too far to walk to the charming old downtown area.
